Partech closes seed fund on €30m
Partech Ventures has closed its Partech Entrepreneur seed fund after raising €30m ($40m).
The Partech Entrepreneur fund will allow Partech to finance companies at a much earlier stage than the firm has typically done in the past.

The fund saw 40 LPs invest, comprising entrepreneurs and industry players from the French digital economy and Silicon Valley.
Cornerstone investors for the firm's seed fund are BPI France and the BPI France-managed Fonds National d'Amorçage, a state-backed vehicle set up by the French State for the Future Investment Program. Digital services group Econocom is also a lead investor of the seed fund.
Investments
The fund is expected to make investments typically ranging from €200,000-500,000. The firm will predominantly be looking at companies operating in France and Silicon Valley.
