Pantheon raises $1.1bn for fifth secondaries fund
Pantheon has held an interim close on $1.1bn for its fifth secondaries fund, Global Secondary Fund V, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings show.
The fund is now nearly halfway towards its $2.5bn target.
The form D filed on January 8 shows the GP had so far attracted 22 investors, though that may include investments from Pantheon's partners. The filing also reveals the fund's management fee is set at 1%.
When asked for confirmation by unquote", Pantheon said SEC rules prevented it from commenting.
The vehicle's predecessor, Pantheon Global Secondary Fund IV, closed on $2.7bn in July 2010.
Pantheon recently sold two stakes in two IK Investment funds in December last year.
