According to a US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulatory filing, the vehicle is based in Jersey and has attracted 79 investors
Index declined to provide any further details on the fund's features, its investor base nor its investment strategy.

Further information regarding the fund's investment strategy has not yet been made available. The firm's previous vehicles, Index Venture Growth I and II, both targeted investments of €10m to €50m, the former focusing on minority stakes across technology and life science companies. The venture house invests globally from its offices in London, Geneva and San Francisco.
