
A-Capital announces China-Outbound fund
A-Capital has launched a China-Outbound Private Equity Fund, together with the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Financial Work, which will focus on investments in Europe.
The fund will be denominated in the Chinese currency RMB. Registered in Beijing it will jointly invest with Chinese companies.
Investors
Capital for the China-Outbound fund will be raised from Chinese institutional and private investors. Additionally the Beijing Municipal government will support A-Capital to access private and state-owned companies and institutional investors in Beijing.

A-Capital is targeting European companies operating in the technology sector.

André Loesekrug-Pietri is chairman and managing partner of A-Capital and Huo Xuewen is head of the Beijing municipal bureau of financial work.
