Valence Group hires managing director
Investment banking boutique The Valence Group has hired Ian George as a managing director in its London office.
George has M&A experience across industrial sectors in Europe, North America and Asia. The investment banker previously worked as a director at EPIC Private Equity. Prior to this he was executive director at Nomura following seven years at Bear Stearns, where he was managing director.
Valence is a chemicals- and materials-focused investment banking boutique with offices in New York, London and Shanghai.
