
Goodwin hires Ghillemyn
Goodwin has hired Harry Ghillemyn in the firm's financial restructuring practice.
Ghillemyn has joined as counsel in the company's Luxembourg office.
He represents a wide range of clients on banking and capital markets mandates, with a particular focus on fund finance, real estate finance, banking regulatory matters, securitisation and listing of debt securities. He also advises clients on complex cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, including security enforcement, and is a member of the International Association of Restructuring Insolvency & Bankruptcy (INSOL).
Ghillemyn began his career at Linklaters as a trainee, later being promoted to associate.
