RBS appoints new fund finance director in Luxembourg
RBS International has appointed Philip Prideaux as director to drive its Luxembourg funds banking offering.
Prideaux was previously an associate director on the bank's UK private equity team. While London-based, his new role will see him primarily supporting the requirements of local managers and advisers of Luxembourg funds, with a focus on delivering fund financing solutions, including subscription finance, NAV and GP facilities.
RBS said it supports more than 200 alternative investment funds in Luxembourg with their fund financing, cash management, currency risk management and depositary needs.
