
Van Campen Liem opens Luxembourg office
Dutch law firm Van Campen Liem has announced the opening of its Luxembourg office.
Van Campen Liem launched just a year ago. The Luxembourg practice will provide advice on legal and tax matters. It will be led by partners Aldo Schuurman, Marc van Campen and Marcello Distaso.
Schuurman joined Van Campen Liem from Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg.
The firm also strengthened its Turkish law expertise by hiring Gesina van de Wetering, who focuses on tax and corporate law in Turkey. Prior to joining Van Campen Liem, she was a partner at Norton Rose. Huseyin Koca and Shireen Raza will join her as associates.
Van Campen Liem focuses on M&A and private equity transactions, as well as funds. The firm's head office is based in Amsterdam.
