KBC Arkiv supports Lumière Publishing
The joint subsidiary of KBC Private Equity and ARKimedes has acquired a stake in Belgian films distributor LumiУЈre Publishing.
The company, founded in 2000, purchases the rights to feature films and television series with a view to developing them through various media such as cinema, DVD, TV and video-on-demand within the Benelux countries. Lumière Publishing specialises primarily in European feature films, Flemish productions and television series, with a focus on Scandinavian crime series.
The new funds will reinforce Lumière Publishing's capital structure, with an aim to acquire more films and consolidate its position on the market.
