
Fortino, Inkef, Partech in $23m series-B for Bloomon
Fortino Capital, Inkef Capital and Partech Ventures have taken part in a $23m series-B round for Amsterdam-based online flower delivery service Bloomon.
The round was led by Fortino and saw participation by several business angels. Inkef and Partech had previously invested in the group in 2015 through a series-A round.
The investment in Bloomon is intended to support the group's international expansion and keep developing its digital platform.
Previous funding
In September 2015, Inkef and Partech led a €3.5m series-A round of funding for Bloomon.
The startup has raised a total of $27.4m in funding (€25.5m) over the last two years.
Company
Founded in 2014 by Patrick Hurenkamp, Bart Troost and Koen Thijssen, Bloomon is an online flower delivery service. Using a subscription model, the company enables customers to arrange their order online, choosing between three different sizes of bouquets for weekly, fortnightly or monthly delivery.
Headquartered in the Netherlands, the company also operates in Germany, Belgium, Denmark and the UK.
