Sofindev-backed House of Talents acquires Arcq

Belgian private equity firm Sofindev acquired recruitment and HR services firm House of Talents in December 2016 for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition was financed via the GP's €107m fund Sofindev IV. 

This is the first acquisition for House of Talents, which has now expanded its business into the pharmaceutical industry.

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Leuven, Belgium, Arcq is a staffing company operating in the life sciences sector, with a special focus on the pharmaceutical industry. The company employs approximately 75 people.
