
Sofindev-backed House of Talents acquires Arcq
Sofindev portfolio company House of Talents has acquired Leuven-based life sciences staffing company Arcq.
Belgian private equity firm Sofindev acquired recruitment and HR services firm House of Talents in December 2016 for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition was financed via the GP's €107m fund Sofindev IV.
This is the first acquisition for House of Talents, which has now expanded its business into the pharmaceutical industry.
