Bid Equity's Myneva bolts on Patronis, TTS
Social care and healthcare software platform Myneva, a portfolio company of Bid Equity, has acquired Austria-based Patronis and Netherlands-headquartered elderly care software platform Technology to Serve (TTS).
The acquisitions are part of the company's ongoing buy-and-build strategy and are intended to strengthen Myneva's international presence.
Bid Equity bought Netherlands-based Regas from Main Capital in December 2017 and the company has since made a series of add-ons. Regas was later rebranded to Myneva, which went on to acquire Germany-based Swing in September 2020, as reported. A spokesperson for the GP told Unquote at the time that the company was seeking add-ons in the DACH and Benelux regions with EBIT of €1-5m.
Unquote sister publication Mergermarket reported in February 2021 that Myneva was up for sale, with GCA Altium mandated to advise. The company reports EBITDA in the €5-10m region, the report added.
Company
Based in Linz, Austria, Patronis is a care management software platform, while TTS is based in Zwolle in the Netherlands and specialises in software for the management of elderly care. The companies employ fewer than 10 full-time staff.
