Main Capital acquires stake in SDB Ayton
Main Capital Partners has acquired a stake in Den Haag-based SDB Ayton, which provides planning, payroll and HR services for the healthcare market.
SDB Ayton intends to grow its business through a buy-and-build strategy. It plans on growing and innovating its existing products, as well as acquiring adjacent products and market segments in its local healthcare market.
The GP made the acquisition via its latest vehicle, Main Capital V, which held a final close on €236.5m in December 2017.

Founded in 1976 and headquartered in Den Haag, SDB Ayton develops and supplies ICT services for the healthcare sector. The company focuses on offering planning, payroll and HR services for businesses in the elderly and home care, daycare and disabled care markets.
SDB Ayton was formed by a merger between consulting and HR business SDB Group and staff planning software provider Ayton in 2016.
