
Avedon's Kinly bolts on MK2
Avedon Capital Partners-backed Kinly has acquired Netherlands-based MK2 Audiovisual, an audiovisual and communication technology service.
Kinly hopes to strengthen its presence in the Benelux region with the acquisition of MK2. The two businesses will total 600 employees worldwide.
Lower-mid-market specialist Avedon first backed Kinly in 2017. The business generated revenues in the €100m range at the time of the transaction, according to Avedon's website.
Kinly is a visual collaboration specialist, formed in 2017 from a merger between VisionsConnected and Viju. It helps organisations plan, build, support and manage their collaboration spaces, serving business and government customers worldwide. Headquartered in Amsterdam, Kinly also operates offices in the US, the UK, Norway, Belgium, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and Malaysia.

Headquartered in Breda and with further offices in Amsterdam and Eindhoven, the company employs around 150 people.
