ArchiMed-backed Micromed bolts on OSG
ArchiMed portfolio company Micromed has acquired sleep diagnostics software company OSG BVBA.
This marks the company’s third acquisition in the neurology diagnostics market.
In 2016, ArchiMed wholly acquired MicroMed’s Italian business, alongside its French subsidiary Micromed France, via its 2013-vintage Med I FIA fund. The acquisition of OSG was backed by an additional equity contribution from the vehicle.
Micromed is acquiring the company to benefit from its access to the Benelux market and reinforce its development resources.
Company
OSG offers sleep neuromonitoring and clinical neurophysiology software, mainly in Benelux. The company is based in Rumst, Belgium and was founded in 1984.
