Dutch GP Mentha Capital has acquired a majority stake in Netherlands-based Paradigma Group and Gilde Healthcare-backed BlijWerkt, two HR specialists.

The new private equity owner is currently investing via its Mentha Capital V fund, which closed in January 2017.
The transaction is subject to the approval of the Dutch Healthcare Authority.
