Bregal Milestone inks first Dutch deal with Anywhere365

The founder of Anywhere365, Gijs Geurts, has retained a majority stake in the company.

GP intends to support the business in its organic growth and buy-and-build activities. The investment is the sixth transaction out of Bregal Milestone's maiden €400m fund, which closed in 2018. The GP looks to invest €20-60m in European companies in the sectors of technology, healthcare, business services, consumer products, manufacturing and financial services.

Founded in 2011 and based in Rotterdam, Anywhere365 operates an omnichannel contact centre that streamlines communications for companies with complex customer service needs. The business employs 100 people and has revenues of $29.6m, according to Zoominfo. Some of its clients include Philips, Royal Dutch Shell, Rabobank, Societe Generale, Nestlé, Swarovski, DHL and USG People.
