Holland Capital invests in Eshgro
Holland Capital has increased its stake in Netherlands-based cloud service Eshgro, following its first investment in the company in 2017.
Eshgro intends to use the fresh capital to strengthen its market position, as well as for add-on acquisitions, according to a statement.
The GP owns a majority stake in the business. The deal was structured as a combination of growth capital and a buyout.
Holland Capital deployed equity via HVESH BV, an LP co-investment vehicle of Holland Capital I.
Previous funding
Holland Capital backed Eshgro with a capital increase in July 2017, through which the company intended to develop its software platform and expand internationally.
Company
Eshgro provides cloud services for Microsoft software via its automated Smarter 365 programme. It offers cloud and home office services for industries including transport, financial services and manufacturing, as well as specific packages for lawyers and accountants. It claims its home office software can be set up within 15 minutes, enabling companies to establish a home working system for their employees.
The company is headquartered in Boxmeer and also has a site in Amsterdam. It was founded in 1992 and has 48 employees, according to LinkedIn. The company has added €10m in recurring revenues in the past three years.
