Bregal Milestone invests €20m in Anywhere365

The follow-on investment brings total external funding to €60m.

Anywhere365 founder Gijs Geurts will retain a majority interest in the company.

The company will use the new capital for growth and development.

Following the investment, Anywhere365 also announced the appointment of Will Blench to the board of directors. Blench currently serves as general manager, enterprise EMEA, at Microsoft. In addition, Frans Koch, who most recently led finance at LivePerson, will join as chief financial officer.

Previous funding
In December 2019, Bregal Milestone invested €40m in Anywhere365, for an undisclosed minority stake.
