
Fortino acquires majority stake in Sigma Conso
Fortino Capital has acquired a majority stake in Sigma Conso, a Brussels-based provider of financial management IT services.
The GP is currently investing from its Growth Private Equity Fund I, a vehicle that held a final close in September 2019 on €242m, surpassing its original target of €200m. The fund makes €5-25m growth equity investments in Benelux-based businesses.
Fortino acquired Sigma Conso alongside management, and will seek to further grow and expand the company internationally.
Patrick Van Deven will join the company as chairman of the board.

Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Brussels, Sigma Conso provides corporate performance management software together with training and advisory services. The company has local offices in Western Europe and Asia serving 600 customers. It employs 46 people, according to LinkedIn.
