Verdane acquires minority stake in Studytube for €10m
Nordic GP Verdane has acquired a minority stake in Dutch online learning platform Studytube for €10m.
The company intends to use the fresh capital to further expand in the European learning and development market.
The company had seen turnover growth of 755% in the past four years, according to a statement.
Company
Founded in 2009 and based in Amsterdam, Studytube provides companies and governments with an online learning platform. The technology enables organisations to compile training courses for their employees in their own online academy.
It counts 200 companies with 500,000 employees as its customers, including VolkerWessels, Manpower, ASR, Adecco and Port of Rotterdam.
