
ECI-backed Arkessa acquires Sim Services
ECI Partners portfolio company Arkessa has acquired connectivity business Sim Services.
The GP supported this transaction and is expected to support further acquisitions in the future.
ECI acquired Arkessa in July 2018, drawing equity from its ECI 10 fund, which closed on £500m in September 2014.
The acquisition is expected to allow Arkessa to strengthen its presence in the Netherlands.

Founded in 2009 as a spin-out from eOffice, Sim Services acts a service partner for machine-to-machine and Internet-of-Things providers. It is also a supplier of Sim cards and is based in De Meern.
