TIIN acquires Lantech to merge with Felton
TIIN Capital has acquired IT security company Lantech to merge it with its portfolio company Felton.
Felton was acquired by TIIN-backed Cloud Security Group in June 2020. The firm expects to add two more companies to the group in an effort to create a company with a target turnover of €50m.
TIIN set up a fund to finance its plans, named Dutch Security TechFund, which held a first close on €25m in December 2019. Participating in the fund were KPN Ventures, Innovation Quarter, Zuid-Hollandse Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij and private investors.
