
Ace Management leads €20m series-C for EclecticIQ
Ace Management has led a €20m series-C round for Dutch cybersecurity company EclecticIQ.
Also participating in the round were new investors Capricorn Digital Growth Fund, Quest for Growth, Invest-NL and Arches Capital, and existing investors Inkef Capital, Keen Venture Partners and KPN Ventures.
This financing brings the total capital raised by the company to date to €47m.
Following the deal, Ace Management partner François Lavaste will join EclecticIQ's board of directors.
EclecticIQ intends to use the fresh capital to broaden its customer base and boost its international expansion. The company plans to scale up its commercial teams in Europe and the US, and establish a presence in the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, while expanding its focus to new segments and strengthening its network of partnerships.
Previous funding
Following two seed rounds in 2014, EclecticIQ raised €5.5m in a series-A round led by Inkef and KPN in May 2016.
Subsequently, Keen Venture led a €14m series-B round for the company in November 2017, with participation from previous backers.
More recently, Inkef invested €6.9m in EclecticIQ in October 2019.
