
Holland Capital invests in Intercept
Holland Capital has invested an undisclosed amount into Dutch company Intercept, a Netherlands-based Microsoft cloud service provider.
Intercept will use the capital injection to scale up its product development and expand internationally. It is currently expanding into the Nordic countries and the UK.
The GP is currently investing from its Holland Capital Growth and Buyout Fund IV, which held a first close last June on €117m. It targets Netherlands-based SMEs in the healthcare and tech sectors.
The GP last week announced its investment in Amsterdam-based creative agency and software company Purple.

Founded in 2012 and based in Zwolle, Intercept is a Microsoft cloud service provider and helps independent software vendors (ISV) to turn their applications and software into cloud-based products. The company has around 30 staff.
