
Partners in Equity leads €25m round for Quin
Partners in Equity has led a €25m funding round for digital health startup Quin.
Partners in Equity is the investment firm of Dutch business angel Hans Wackwitz.
Existing investors including Exo Capital and Bergman Clinics also participated in the round. Exo is the venture capital firm of Quin founder and CEO Bart Malenstein.
Quin is now valued at more than €100m, according to a report from Het Financieele Dagblad.
The company has now raised €36m, Quin said in a statement.
The fresh capital is intended to support Quin's growth in the Netherlands, as well as its international expansion, according to the same statement. The company initially plans to focus on expanding to the German market.
Company
Quin is a spinout from Bergman Clinics and was founded in 2014. Its digital health platform aims to integrate digital care into physical GP practices. Patients can log their symptoms and medical history into an app, as well as keep track of test results and developments. Quin employs 73 people, according to LinkedIn.
