
Synergia buys Dutch bread and snacks business Boboli
Synergia Capital Parners has acquired Dutch frozen bread and snacks company Boboli.
Synergia provided growth capital sourced from Synergia Capital Fund III, which invests €2-15m in businesses valued in the €10-75m range.
Company
Boboli is a Dutch producer of frozen Mediterranean bread and snacks. The company is headquarted in Bunschoten and was founded in 1998. It produces in-store bake-off products as well as at-home bake-off products. It employs 100 people.
