
Gimv acquires 25% stake in ARS T&TT
Gimv has invested growth capital in Dutch transportation services provider ARS T&TT in exchange for a 25% equity stake.
Following the deal, the shareholders are planning to double the company's turnover and cashflow over the next five years.
The transaction was initiated by KPMG.

ARS T&TT is a transportation services company based in The Hague, Netherlands. The company was founded in 1998 and began operating in India in 2000; the Indian operations are based in Trivandrum.
ARS T&TT's service range includes traffic monitoring, management and tolling. Its clients include Nederlandse Spoorwegen (NS), Nationale Databank Wegverkeersgegevens (NDW), Trafikverket and Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL).
The company forecasts a €24m turnover for 2012.

Sander van Vreumingen, executive investment manager for Buyouts & Growth Netherlands, led the deal for Gimv. Jan Linssen, CEO and founder, will continue to hold a 75% stake in the business.
