GCC backs Eyefreight
Global Cleantech Capital (GCC) and De Hoge Dennen Capital have led a €9m funding round for Eyefreight, a Netherlands-based provider of transportation management software-as-a-service (SaaS).
The fresh capital will be used to extend the company's reach into the North American market with the establishment of a US base in Evanston, Illinois. The funding will also enable Eyefreight to bolster its business development and sales leadership teams for the new office.
GCC and De Hoge Dennen are existing backers of Eyefreight, having previously invested in the company in March 2012.
