
Tiqets raises $4m series-A
Dutch mobile ticketing company Tiqets has raised $4m in its series-A, led by Capital Mills.
The fresh funding will be used to expand the company's geographical reach.
Capital Mills is a Dutch venture capital firm that invests via a network of entrepreneurs alongside its institutional fund.
Company
Amsterdam-based Tiqets enables tourists to purchase tickets to attractions, museums and entertainment on their mobiles. It is available in Barcelona, Paris, Rome, London and Amsterdam. Over the coming months it will be present in New York, Prague, Dubai, Berlin and Copenhagen.
The company, which was established in 2013, reportedly grew by a factor of 35 in 2015.
