Finnish private equity firm CapMan has appointed senior partner and head of investor services Jerome Bouix as deputy CEO. Partners Göran Barsby and Hans Christian Dall Nygård will also join the management group.

SWEDEN - Mannheimer Swartling partner goes to Roschier

Law firm Roschier has appointed Magnus Wallander as partner in its Stockholm office. Wallander joins from Swedish law firm Mannheimer Swartling where he was head of the employment and pension group and a former managing partner.
