
Gimv invests €3m in DataContact
Gimv has provided Polish telemarketing services provider DataContact with €3m of growth capital funding.
The funding will be used to support the company's furter growth in the Polish market, including the opening of new contact centers. The investment, the first one in Poland for Gimv in years, was initiated and will be managed by Gimv's Prague office.
DataContact is an outsourced contact center services provider founded in 1995 and headquartered in Warsaw. It focuses on customer service, marketing and sales activities for the Polish and German markets. DataContact currently operates 185 workstations in two locations.
