NBGI Private Equity invests in Sante
NBGI Private Equity has acquired a majority stake in Turkish operator of oncology therapy centres Sante Group for an undisclosed amount.
The capital will be used to accelerate the expansion of the company. The investor is planning to create an investment platform for further acquisitions in the oncology sector.
Istanbul-based Sante was founded in 1987 and provides technical and maintenance services to radiotherapy in centres in Turkey and internationally. The company is looking to establish two more centres in Antakya, Turkey, and Aleppo, Syria.
