Squire Patton Boggs promotes Karwacki to partner
Squire Patton Boggs has promoted Michał Karwacki to partner in the legal practice’s Warsaw office.
Karwacki had, until the promotion, been the head of private equity and venture capital for the firm's Polish operation.
He joined Squire Patton Boggs' global practice in 2014, focusing on private equity and venture capital in Poland and CEE.
Prior to this, Karwacki spent four years at Salans (now Denton) as counsel, where he also began his career as a legal trainee in 2000.
Prior to his return to Salans, Karwacki was an associate at Baker & McKenzie for two years and a senior associate at Clifford Chance for a further two years.
