
Squire Sanders appoints Karwacki to private equity team

Squire Sanders has appointed Michał Karwacki as counsel in its Warsaw office.
Karwacki will focus on the private equity and venture capital sectors and will lead the firm's practice in both areas in Poland. He will also support similar deals in the wider region and Turkey.
His experience includes deal structuring and negotiation, matching deal partners, and post-completion work.
He joins the firm from Dentons where he spent four years. Prior to that, he was a senior associate at Clifford Chance.
