
Genesis hires Kvíčala and Hýla

Czech GP Genesis Capital has hired Ondřej Hýla as an investment analyst and Pavel Kvíčala as general counsel to Genesis’s Private Equity Funds arm.
Lawyer Kvíčala joins the funds division from international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, where he was a partner. Prior to his stint at Norton Rose, Kvíčala was a partner at Czech-Slovak law firm Havel Holásek & Partners, working on private equity, M&A, finance and cross-border legal advisory.
Ondřej Hýla joins the GP's advisory arm from Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Hýla will focus on analysing investment opportunities for Genesis's most recent private equity vehicle, Genesis Private Equity Fund III.
Before joining Roland Berger, Hýla worked for Deloitte Advisory Services.
