Mid Europa sells České Radiokomunikace
Mid Europa Partners has announced it is to sell České Radiokomunikace to a consortium of funds managed by Macquarie for approximately €574m.
České Radiokomunikace was wholly owned by Falcon Group, which was controlled by Mid Europa and a consortium of investors. The company provides nationwide broadcasting and telecommunications tower infrastructure in the Czech Republic.
Since the original investment in 2006, the investors have supported the company in increasing profitability and refocusing on its core activities.
