
Mid Europa promotes five

Central and eastern Europe-focused private equity firm Mid Europa Partners has promoted five of its team members, including Pawel Padusinski and Manish Mittal to partners.
Padusinski joined Mid Europa in 2005 and is based in Warsaw. Deals he has worked on include Lux Med, Diagnostyka and Alpha Medical. Padusinski holds a masters in finance, banking and strategic management from Warsaw School of Economics.
Manish Mittal has been promoted to partner and chief operating officer. He joined the firm in 2012 as chief financial officer based in London. Mittal oversees the GP's financial and operational activities and assisted in its most recent fundraising effort. He is a chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser with a masters in finance from the University of Leicester and a BSc in mathematics and chemistry from the University of Sheffield.
Robert Chmelar, who joined the firm in 2007, has been promoted to director. He is based in Budapest and deals he has worked on include the recent sale of T-Mobile Czech Republic to Deutsche Telekom. Chmelar has a masters in finance from HEC in Paris and a BSc in international trade from the University of Economics in Prague.
Gyozo Lantos has been promoted to associate, having joined the company in 2012. He is based in Budapest and focuses on evaluating deal opportunities. Lantos has a BSc in accounting and finance from the London School of Economics.
Helena Lehmets has been promoted to operations executive. She joined in 2012 and is based in London. Lehmets joined as part of the support team and over the past two years her role has evolved to include working within operations and investor relations. She holds a BA in international business management from the Estonian Business School.
