
BaltCap’s EKT bolts on Jaakson Linnahooldus
Baltic-focused GP BaltCap’s waste management group EKT has bought Estonian street maintenance business Jaakson Linnahooldus in a bolt-on acquisition.
The add-on is the first expansion deal for the Estonian waste management and municipal services group since BaltCap acquired it through a management buyout in January 2016.
EKT will wholly acquire Jaakson Linnahooldus from founder Jüri Jaakson and assume its operations under the group's structure.
