Innova and Solter invest in Oshee Polska
Innova Capital has acquired a 33% stake in Oshee Polska, a producer of isotonic and mineral drinks, with Solter Capital also acquiring a minority holding.
Under its new ownership model, the business will pursue bolt-on opportunities and invest in international marketing activity. The transaction comes a year after Oshee acquired Polish mineral water producer Kinga Pienińska.
The company's existing owners will make a partial exit via the deal.
Innova held a first close on €194m for its sixth buyout fund in April this year. The vehicle typically invests in companies with EVs of €50-150m.
