
Penta-backed Sensiblu buys Belladonna

Czech private equity firm Penta Investments has supported the acquisition of a subsidiary of pharmacy chain Belladonna for its portfolio company Sensiblu.
Belladonna had 93 pharmacies in total and the divested subsidiary includes 46, according to a public filing.
Penta specialises in buy-and-build and consolidation strategies in the CEE region, aiming to create groups with €50m EBITDA and above.
