
Highlander Partners acquires Ares Group
US-based Highlander Partners has acquired interventional cardiology procedures provider Ares Group.
Highlander invests $10–50m in companies with revenues of between $10-500m. This investment is the firm's first acquisition in Romania.
The founders will continue to lead the company as CEO and chief development officer.
Following the transaction, the company will accelerate growth by building new facilities around the country and developing capabilities at existing sites.
