Sicav-backed NChain acquires Crea
Sicav portfolio company NChain has acquired software development and implementation firm Crea.
The firm acquired its portfolio company in April 2017; since then, NChain took a majority stake in HandCash, a bitcoin mobile wallet.
The acquirer and Crea have previously worked together on several BitcoinSV infrastructure projects, which form the basis for NChain's proprietary blockchain services.
