
FlyCap in $2m seed round for Airdog
FlyCap has taken part in a $2m seed round for Latvian camera drone manufacturer Airdog, led by Seraph Group alongside several eastern European VCs and angel investors.
The investor group includes Base Ventures, Imprimatur Capital, IT-Farm Corporation and several business angels.
Airdog's seed round adds to a successful Kickstarter campaign, which raised $1.36m in 2014.
Company
Based in Riga, Airdog develops and manufactures drones that automatically follow and film their users.
The company employs 20 people in its Latvian and US offices.

Edgars Rozentals is the co-founder and CEO of Airdog.
