Nimbus exits Bianor
Nimbus Investments has sold Polish injection moulder and assembly provider Bianor to Swedish plastics manufacturer Rosti Group.
The exit comes eight years after Dutch-German Nimbus acquired Bianor in a 2007 management buyout, and sees Rosti wholly purchase the business.
Following Rosti's acquisition, Bianor will be merged into its new parent's European division once the transaction is approved by the Polish regulators.
Under Nimbus's ownership, Bianor has opened two new factories and claims to have doubled its revenue between 2011 and 2014, reaching €400m. Bianor's staff has grown from 350 to 480 since 2007.
Previous funding
Nimbus Investments acquired Bianor through a management buyout in January 2007 via the Boog holding company.
