
V4C sells Home.pl for €135m
Value4Capital (V4C) has sold web-hosting provider Home.pl to 1&1 Internet, a subsidiary of United Internet, for €135m.
Following completion of the transaction, Home.pl will continue to operate as an independent company and a change of management is not planned. The Polish business currrently carries net debt of €20m.
Previous investment
Home.pl received private equity backing in November 2011, when Value4Capital acquired a controlling stake in the Polish company. Syntaxis Capital, which invested via its Mezzanine Fund II, provided mezzanine capital to support the transaction.

Established in 1997, Home.pl is a web-hosting provider for small- and medium-sized companies in the CEE region. Based in Szczecin, Poland, the company employs 240 staff. It is expected to generate a turnover of €25m with EBITDA of €10m in 2015.
