
CapMan Russia buys minority stake in Top League
CapMan Russia has acquired a minority stake in Russian sporting goods retail chain Top League.
Following the acquisition, management will own the majority of the business. The investment will support the company's national expansion. The growth strategy targets the operation of 150 stores with an annual revenue of €200m by 2016.

Top League is a Russian retail chain of sporting goods. The group includes the Top League and Manibition stores, as well as online shopping platforms and mono-brand stores for Nike, Quicksilver and Bosco Sports. Overall, the group operates 55 stores in 16 cities across Russia. The company was founded in 1995 and is based in Krasnodar, Southern Russia.
