Bmp exits Pomocni
bmp has sold its 17.24% stake in online childcare platform Pomocni to Edipresse Polska.
The investor made a 9x multiple on the exit, generating an IRR of 134%.
Previous funding
bmp provided seed funding for Pomocni in 2008 alongside Point Nine Capital and several Polish business angels. Since then the company has developed well and increased its user numbers and turnover.

Pomocni was founded in 2008 in Warsaw and is a provider of household-related services with a focus on childcare services. The company employs 15 people and its turnover is below €2m.
