Founded in 2004, Trinity is a provider of trust and accounting services for inward investors into the region, administering more than €3.4bn of client assets. The company’s clients include property investment funds, multinational corporations and private equity funds. The company capitalises the increased flow of foreign investment into Poland since the country’s accession into the EU.
Oresa Ventures will seek to assist Trinity’s expansion in Poland and other CEE markets. The company launched its services in Romania earlier this year.

Erik Hallgren is the CEO of Oresa Ventures. Erik Hallgren together with Marcin Radziwill and Jacek Wiecki worked on the transaction on behalf of Oresa Ventures. Thomas Ravensdale is the CEO of Trinity Corporate Services.
