
3TS invests €5.5m in Zoot
3TS Capital Partners has invested €5.5m in Czech online fashion retailer Zoot, taking a minority stake via a Dutch holding company.
Zoot's founders and management will retain a majority stake in the company, and will use the capital provided by 3TS to further the business's growth – with the goal of doubling the turnover on an annual basis.
The investment will also be used to broaden Zoot's range of goods and expand its network of physical locations in central and eastern Europe.

Zoot is an online fashion and lifestyle retailer with operations mainly in the Czech Republic, as well as Slovakia. In addition to its online offering, it runs nine 'Try & Buy points', which allow customers to try Zoot's items at a physical location before buying them.
Founded in 2012, Zoot is headquartered in Prague.
